Mr. Yuvraj Singh Panwar, son of Late Shri Bharat Singh Panwar was born at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh and brought up in Dewas. Mr. Panwar is an Engineering Graduate and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rajiv Gandhi Prodhyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.

Mr. Panwar has played a major role in different fields of engineering for multiple companies between 2010 and 2014, like Cold Rolling Mill, Hot Rolling Mill, Pickling Line, Electrolytic Cleaning Lines, Tension Levelling Lines, Metal Coating lines, Shearing & Slitting Lines, Manufacturing of Light and Heavy Open Die & Closed Die Forgings for Railways, Material Handling Equipment, Oil Field Equipment, Mining, Petro-Chemical, Automotive & Allied Industrial parts, Heat Treatment etc. Mr. Panwar has a great exposure in his traditional business of marketing in different government and private sectors for more than 50 companies with approximately 2000 crores of business deals.

Mr. Panwar was a part of the initial team of experts, who in 2014, laid out the foundations, created the blueprint, designed the functionalities and established the strategy of Shri Hiya Enterprises. His 14 year tenure as MD of Shri Hiya saw consistent growth, global expansion and the start of Hiyashree International Private Limited, manufacturing unit successful diversification strategy.
